It takes us within 1-4 days to ship out your product after receiving payment. Once we dispatch your product, you will receive a tracking number within 3 days that allows you to keep track of the delivery. If you make your order on the weekend, you will have to wait until Monday for the order to be dispatched.
We will choose the ideal method of dispatching and shipping your order. We do not process or deliver items on weekends or holidays, but you can make your order and wait for the next business day for dispatch.
If you change your mind on the way, you can cancel your order, but it has to be done within 24 hours after getting the order confirmation notification from us.
We ship orders through international courier, and once your package is shipped, it is no longer under our control. It takes around 3-5 business days for shipment. The courier service may contact you for clearance, and if that happens, you should contact us immediately and let us handle the issue for you.
You should not pay any duty fee. If the courier service asks you to do so, please let us know. You should only offer your identification details for clearance. Note that failure to cooperate with the courier services means that you will not get your package, and we will not be responsible for your actions. You will not get a refund. We will inform you in the case of shipping delays (which rarely happens).
The time taken before your order gets to you differs from time to time based on the used shipping method and your destination. If you feel that your estimated delivery date has passed way far and you are yet to receive your package, contact us for confirmation.
Your item could be delivered to you without any contact from the courier service. If the courier service cannot reach you during delivery, the package will be taken to the local depot, and they will send you a notification so you can contact the local courier for delivery. If they try to deliver it and fail on the second attempt, it will be returned to our dispatching center where it will be kept for 3-5 days. After confirmation that you are ready for delivery, it will be sent to you, or you may be asked to pick it from the dispatching center.
In case the product is damaged, the client must open a case with the carrier companies like FedEx and DHL.
